北京市通广发工贸有限责任公司成立于2000年，是一家专业从事橡胶机械生产和制造的民营企业，下设一家子公司---天津瑞利通机械制造有限公司。
公司现有员工共200人,工程技术人员20人管理人员15人其他职工165人。其中北京市通广发工贸有限责任公司30余人，主要负责行政办公、财务税务处理、市场开发、 技术开发及原材料采购。天津瑞利通机械制造有限公司主要负责轮胎成型机的生产、安装调试及售后服务，主要员工170余人。厂区面积2万余平方米，生产厂房面积8000平方米，机械加工设备260余台。
公司于2011年开始生产半钢子午线轮胎二次法成型机整机。公司主要产品有：半钢高级乘用及轻卡子午胎二次法成型机组，规格机型有1318 机型、1620机型、1822机型、2226机型等。主要标准机型为全自动二次法成型机、全钢载重子午胎一次法成型机部件、半钢轻卡子午胎一次法成型机组件以及与上述系列产品相配套的各型成型机工装。
Beijing Tongguangfa Industry and Trade Co., Ltd was founded in 2000. It is a private enterprise specializing in manufacturing rubber machinery and has one sub-company subsidiary, Tianjin Ruilitong Machinery Manufactory Co., Ltd. There are currently 200 employees, including 20 engingeers, 16 managers and 165 workers, and 30 of which work for Beijing Tongguangfa Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. They are in charge of administration, finance, taxation, market development, technology development and purchasing raw materials. Meanwhile, there are around 170 employees in Tianjin Ruilitong Machinery Manufactory Co., Ltd, who are responsible for the production, installation, debugging and after-sale service. The factory is about 20,000 ㎡ ,while the factory building is 8,000 ㎡ , with more than 260 machines.
Main products of our company include PCR 2-Stage Automatic Tire Building Machine (machine type include ：13-18, 16-20,26 inch).
