公司创始人都兴武同志，1987年8月毕业于北京清华大学精密仪器系机械制造专业，工学硕士学位。现是湖南省工程机械协会常务理事。
都兴武先生，30年来专注于橡胶注射机的研发和生产，是行业内屈指可数的专家学者型企业家。他曾主持并担纲首席工程师参与了我国第一台橡胶注射成型机的研发工作，参与了我国第一台“110KV橡胶注射成型模具”的设计工作；参与了我国生产第一条“110KV复合绝缘子”的工作。由他撰写的“橡胶注射成型机”生产标准，被湖南省技术监督局备案并定于行业生产标准。2015年，他受化学工业部“橡胶机械设计手册”编辑部的邀请，参与“橡胶机械设计手册”第六次修订本工作，其中他是橡胶机械部分的主要执笔人。
Hengyang Huayi Machinery Co., Ltd (HWAYI Machinery )was established on March 18, 2001, is a national key high-tech enterprise, who has been a national torch plan executive enterprise many times and China biggest rubber machinery R&D center at present.
Mr. Du Xingwu, the founder of HUAYI Machinery, graduated from the Department of Precision Instruments of Tsinghua University in August 1984 with a master's degree in engineering and was recognized as a national senior mechanical engineer. Now he is executive member of Hunan Engineering Machinery Association.
Who has been focusing on the R & D and production of rubber injection machines for 30 years, is one of the leading experts and scholars in rubber machinery industry. He participated in China first rubber injection molding machine R&D who acted as the chief engineer, and participated in the design of the first "110KV rubber injection molding mold" and the production of the first "110KV composite insulator" in China. The production standard of "rubber injection molding machine" written by him was filed by Hunan Technical Supervision Bureau and set as the industry production standard In 2004. In 2015, he was invited by the editorial department of "rubber machinery design manual" of the ministry of chemical industry to participate in the sixth revision of "rubber machinery design manual", in which he was the main author of the rubber injection machinery part.
