职位描述
1. Participate in new product introduction. Be responsible for process design and FA. Create factory machine routings. Design all cutting tools, fixtures, roll and bar markers. Contact with outside contractors or vendors when needed and obtain the optimum in tools, parts, and service for the best cost. Create and maintain engineering information for various manufacturing processes (process cards, in-process prints, work instructions, etc.)
2. Process cost estimate requests for sales department.
3. Provide on-site technical support. Assist operations personnel with daily process & product problem solving. Strive to identify and correct the root cause of such problems instead of continuing to address the reoccurring issue.
4. Monitor on-site process execution. Provide technical guidance to operations personnel.
5. Measure projects to assure effectiveness during and after completion. Provide corrective action plans if projects are failing to perform as expected.
